Their early concept is just typical grindcore, below a minute songs and all. Azan and Ashie, (Is also known from a Black/Death Metal Band named Tyranny & Carnage Majesty) agree to form a band with Epul and started to arrange songs, practices, tutorial. Weeks later, Bess (Rectal Crepitus, Filthy Rascals) which is Azan and Ashie's cousin interested to take his ass straight into Punah Ranah as a bassist.

Unfortunately, Epool decided to quit from PunahRanah in January 2011 due to other commitment, PunahRanah decided to move forward as a trio. Input some brutal death/deathgrind elements on the riffing and drums to make their music much more complex and technical.

Participated in several local gigs, Grindfest, Jamm Session, Metal Fest and several Death/Grind Compilation since 2009.
